1. Service description

Flowly is a mobile app (iOS and Android) for habit tracking that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized morning and evening routines and helps you progress at your own pace.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 to use Flowly.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One account per person.
• You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity performed from your account.

3. Premium subscriptions

Flowly offers Premium subscriptions through the App Store (Apple) and Google Play:

• Monthly — €3.99/month
• Annual — €19.99/year

1. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
2. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the standard subscription rate.
4. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Account Settings after purchase.
5. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

4. User content

The habits, goals, and descriptions you create in Flowly belong to you. You grant Flowly a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them solely to operate the service (storage, display, sync, AI routine generation).

5. Use of artificial intelligence

Routines and suggestions are generated by an AI model (provided by OpenAI). While we strive to offer helpful and relevant suggestions, Flowly does not guarantee their medical, psychological, or therapeutic accuracy. Suggestions are informational and are not a substitute for professional advice.

6. Health disclaimer

Flowly is not a medical device. The app does not diagnose and does not provide medical advice. If you're going through physical or psychological difficulty, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

7. Prohibited conduct

By using Flowly, you agree not to:

• Abuse the service, overload it, or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Violate the rights of others (IP, privacy, etc.).
• Use the app for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The name "Flowly", the logo, the design, the code, the copy, the graphics, and all app content are owned by Flowly or its licensors, and protected by copyright and IP laws.

9. Limitation of liability

Flowly is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Flowly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or via https://myflowly.co/delete-account. Flowly may suspend or terminate your account in case of breach of these terms, with prior notice when possible.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, and absent amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes, you'll be notified by email or in-app. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance.
