Delete my Flowly account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time, no justification needed.

What will be deleted

Your account and personal data (email, name/alias, sign-in identifier).
All your goals, habits, and completion history.
Your onboarding answers and preferences.
Your streak history.
Your push notification tokens.

What may be retained

Anonymized data: statistical aggregates that can no longer identify you, retained to improve the service.
Legal obligations: transaction records (billing, tax) retained for the legally required duration.

Deletion timeline

Your request is processed within a maximum of 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Important — active subscription

If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it first from your device settings (App Store or Google Play). Deleting your account does not automatically cancel the subscription, as billing is handled by Apple / Google.

Sign in with Apple

If you signed in with "Sign in with Apple", we revoke the tokens via the Sign in with Apple API upon deletion.

Request deletion

Send us an email from the address tied to your account. We confirm deletion within 30 days.
